There are 4-H clubs in every county of Ontario and in every 4-H community, there are a variety of events beyond the club level in which members and/or volunteers can become involved.

4-H Ontario’s “Learn To Do By Doing” approach has provided 4-H youth with a place they can be involved, accepted, valued and heard while developing valuable leadership and life skills.

Breadventure Club

Join us as we explore the world of bread making.  Learn about the ingredients and techniques that go into making more than just a plain white bread loaf and enjoy

trying breads from around the world.

Must be 12 years of age or older.  Club Limit of 12 members

Meetings will all be held at Canfield hall

Celebrations Club

There are so many reasons to celebrate – holidays, special occasions, personal milestones.

Members will consider the importance of celebrating as they have fun learning about various aspects of party planning.

Dairy Club

Members will be focusing on proper training, fitting and filling your calf for the show.

Scheduled meetings will be held at local dairy farms. We look forward to meeting you.

Rabbit Club

Members will learn about rabbit care, feeding and housing.

Proper handling and showmanship will be practiced.

Instruction will be provided by leaders/special guests with opportunity for independent learning.

Miniature Horse Club

Focus on horse care, training, grooming and halter & performance showing.

Members are required to have access to and the use of a registered miniature horse.

Meetings will be monthly, March to October.

Beef Club

Members will learn to train and care for a beef calf. (Members are responsible for arranging for a project calf.)
