The club will join with several dairy clubs from other counties virtually on May 17, June 21, July 19 and Aug 16, hopefully with some in-person meetings and achievement day in September. Meeting topics include agri careers, dairy genetics, virtual farm tours, dairy nutrition, food safety & cleaning of milking equipment, etc.
You will be required to have a dairy calf as a project, which means you will need to make arrangements with a local dairy farmer to borrow a calf. Project animals will need to be registered with 4H Ontario by June 1st.
