Cookstown Beef Club

Achievement Day was Friday, August 26th. The club has completed the 2022 season.

No previous knowledge of beef cattle was required. Members had fun while learning about beef cattle. It was not necessary to live on a farm to join this club. Leaders were able to help members to source a show animal for this year.

Age Range:9-21 years of age as of December 31, 2021. Members will need to have paid their membership fee, completed all required forms, participate in a minimum of 2/3 hours of meeting time, participate in the county judging competition and participate in the club Achievement day program. You will need technology and internet connection. You will need a calf but not necessary as there are some to be loaned out. This club will start early spring online and hopefully move to in person once able to do this safely. Club hopes to meet once a month on weekday evenings.
