South Simcoe Cooking Club

Club has completed for spring 2021 season. Leaders will offer the cooking club next year in 2022.

We made chicken fingers to Irish stew! Members learned how to prepare and cook different proteins and side dishes. Meetings were on Saturday mornings that started at 10:00 a.m. Members  created lunch for their family using commonly found ingredients. Great time was had by all.

Age Range:9-21 years of age as of December 31,2020. Member will have to have paid their membership fees, completed all required forms, participate in 2/3 of all meetings and participate in the club achievement day program. You will need technology and access to internet connection. Junior members will require adult supervision. You will need to purchase your own ingredients for the recipes. You will need access to a variety of food items, microwave, stove top, oven and a variety of kitchen utensils (e.g., knives, bowls, cutting board, measuring cups and spoons etc.) Club will meet on line starting early spring once a week on Saturday.
