Canva Information Session

Thank you for your interest in learning more about Canva and how it can help your 4-H Association. Learn more about Canva at our information session on January 25 at 7:30 p.m. You will receive the zoom meeting link via email on January 25.

What is Canva?
Canva is a graphic design platform that can be used to easily create social media posts, posters and other documents. Canva can be accessed via a desktop or mobile browser, or their app available in the App store or Google Play store.

Why should my 4-H Association use Canva?
4-H Ontario has created dozens of 4-H branded templates you can use to promote 4-H activities in your area such as upcoming club projects or fundraising events. These templates can be accessed and updated with your club information (for example) directly on Canva. This program will allow you to create 4-H branded graphics and posters you can use on your local association social media page and within your community to promote your events and activities. You can also use Canva to create graphics for promoting your 4-H activities and events via Neighbur.

How can we get started?
Each 4-H Association can designate one volunteer to access and use the templates through Canva. You can complete the request form to give a volunteer access here. Once this form has been submitted, they will be given access to the Canva templates within two business days.  Contact your local 4-H Association if you would like to be the volunteer designated to use Canva on behalf of the association.
