Knowing how to cook meat well is an important skill to master as you get older and help out in the kitchen, or maybe even treat friends and family to a meal you cooked yourself.

The All Manner of Red Meat Project will teach you everything you need to know about red meat and become an informed and safe consumer. Oh and don’t worry, we’ll supply the recipes!

In this project, you’ll:

  • Learn about a variety of red meats, like beef, lamb and pork
  • Gain an understanding of how red meat contributes to a healthy diet
  • Practice safe handling of red meat and various cooking methods
  • Learn recipes you can perfect and experiment with
