From sweet bread to healthy bread, we’ll explore it all in the Breadventure Project. You’ll learn the five basic techniques of bread making as well as common problems and their causes. You might never eat store bought bread again!

In this project, you’ll learn:

  • The basic principles of bread making, like yeast, kneading and resting
  • How to buy and store flour and yeast
  • How to make a variety of breads, like French bread, pretzels and pitas
  • Dozens of delicious recipes you can perfect and experiment with
