The Chocolate Project is just as awesome as it sounds. You’ll learn everything there is to know about this decadent treat, from its history, to current production, to (best of all) how to make your own! Our mouths are watering already.

In this project, you’ll:

  • Learn about the cacao tree and its cultivation
  • Learn how to cook with chocolate, including tricky techniques like tempering
  • Try different types of chocolate and discuss their uses
  • Discuss the claims of chocolate’s health benefits
