Everyone’s fitness and health goals are different, so it’s important to make a routine unique to you.

We’ll teach you how to start with small changes, like choosing an apple over some chips, or biking to your friend’s house instead of getting a ride. You’ll also learn all about moderation, because it’s important to relax and have a treat from time to time!

In this project, you’ll learn how to:

  • Set your own fitness and health goals
  • Start an exercise program safely, with tips on stretching and equipment
  • Estimate the calories in your food
  • Shop for groceries and create a meal plan
  • Improve your self-esteem
