In this project, you’ll:
- Gain an understanding of every step in the syrup process and the equipment used
- Learn how to identify a healthy sugar bush
- Have the opportunity to hear from guest speakers and tour a woodlot
- Have a fun debate about pure maple syrup versus maple substitutes
