Perth 4-H - Chocolate Anyone?
(Posted October 16, 2013)

The first meeting of the Chocolate Club was at the Grace Lutheran Church in Mitchell. When all members arrived, we started with the pledge and then an icebreaker game to get to know each other. After we got to make chocolate barks out of different types of chocolate with different ingredients in it. As we were waiting for the bark to dry, we held elections. After the barks were done, we judged them and then everyone finally got to try all of the different barks! When everyone was finished, the meeting was adjourned by the new president.

Meeting two was at the Grace Lutheran Church. We started with the pledge and then talked about what we would be making. We made peanut butter cups, chocolate covered Oreo cookies, chocolate pretzels and chocolate spoons. We waited for the treats to dry and then they were done, we gathered them up and the president adjourned the meeting.
