On Saturday, June 21 the Carleton County 4-H Sheep Club had their third meeting at the Lambs Down Festival at the Canadian Co-operative Wool Growers in Carleton Place. The club started their meeting off by being lead in the pledge by Ryan Gallagher and learning the crafts they would be doing during the day for children. The festival officially started at 10 in the morning and ended at three. At 11:30 the club had a tour of the Canadian Co-operative Wool Growers building and were taught how to judge wool. After the tour the members of the club had a booth and manned it all day. Doing crafts and showing people the baby lambs they had brought with them. Caileigh Gallagher adjourned the meeting at three.
