This club will run fully virtual and independent. This club is for members ages 9-21 as of January 1, 2023.
Meeting 1: January 25 at 6pm on Zoom. Guest Speaker Dairy Educator, and learning to make butter – 2 hours
We will meet again about half way through potentially with local cheese makers and creamery via Zoom. Recipes will be sent out to members where they will make these independently at home. Participants will post their finished product to our club page and rate the dish out of 10 after trying it. For achievement day members will cook a local dairy farmer to them dinner and dessert. Participants will post a picture of them with the farmer and their meal. Participants will learn in this club how to source out Canadian Dairy products.
