Over six meetings, the members will learn different aspects of the dairy industry, through hands-on learning, guest speakers and field trip opportunities.
The club will run from late-April and be completed at the Glencoe Fair in late September.
Each member is responsible for training, working with and showing their 4-H calf project.
Dairy Project
Dairy: it’s more than milk! This project will teach you the ins and outs of a successful dairy operation, covering the basics like animal care, plus the latest dairy farming tools and practices.
Middlesex 4-H Association
A youth organization serving the area of Middlesex including London, Ilderton, Mt Brydges, Strathroy, Glencoe, Parkhill and Thorndale.
Meeting Location
Meetings will take place in the general area of Glencoe, Ontario.
