Huron 4-H Goat Club

Leaders: Sarah Shapton and Rebecca Heessels

This year we will focus on reviewing the new Goat Code of Practice. We will also be looking at goat housing. We have some tours lined up. The Saturday of Seaforth Fair will be our fun day with our goats.

The extra project for this year will be a one-to-one Sales Talk. The Sales Talk will happen the Saturday at Seaforth Fair. Details will be outlined at our first meeting.

Do I need a goat to participate in the club?

Ideally yes, members will have a project animal. Any breed of goat is acceptable, FEMALES only. If a goat is not available, the leaders and member(s) family may discuss alternate options for club completion.
