Our club is designed for all things “horsey”. We combine theory teaching with hands-on practise and learning the 4-H way! There is no project animal required to participate in the club. We welcome novice and seasoned horse lovers alike. Our goal is to educate both members and leaders about various topics related to our equine friends. Our meetings will be held throughout Kawartha Lakes county, depending on the availability of guest speakers and host facilities of interest. Please plan to participate in at least 4 out of 6 meetings, plus our achievement day, in order to complete this project. Our contact email is horseclub@klh4h.ca for more information.
