Our club is designed specifically for all things horsey! We combine theory teaching with hands-on practise and learning, the 4H way! There is no project animal required to participate in this club. We welcome novice and seasoned horse lovers alike. Our goal is to educate members and leaders about various topics related to our equine friends. Our meetings will be held throughout Kawartha Lakes county depending on guest speakers and/or locations of interest availability. KLH (Kawartha Lakes Haliburton) offers a variety of projects and most years, we have projects being offered throughout the year. Although our livestock projects are offered from usually April – Sept, we have life skills projects that are also offered during the winter months.
