This club is running as a Community Involvement Project – Christmas Edition. We are going to focus this club on ways to give back during the holidays that are easy for children and lots of fun!
Here is our meeting planned rundown (some changes may happen but this should be fairly accurate:
Meeting 1 – via zoom link – Monday Nov 10th 7pm. At this meeting we will do role call, elections, and talk about the club – our expectations and plans. Vote on final meeting date.
Meeting 2 – Monday Nov 17th 6:30-8:30. Topic – The reason for Christmas and the joys of giving back! Then off to the kitchen for holiday baking! — members are encouraged to go home and make a Christmas goodie tray of sorts to deliver to someone.
Meeting 3 – Saturday Nov 29th 11:30am-3:30pm. Christmas Planter/Urn (collecting greenery, making bows, creating their planters– plan is to make 2 smaller sized ones one to keep and one to donate to someone to spread Christmas cheer.
Meeting 4 – Monday Dec 1st 6:30-8:30pm. Craft Night! Easy at home Christmas gifts and decor.
Meeting 5 – Monday Dec 8th 6:30-8:30pm — Paint Night! Holiday decor painting.
Meeting 6 – Dec 16th or 19th (need to vote to see when we have the most members available) – Caroling and Crafts .
Achievement — a write up/photos of members giving back (delivering a goodie tray, volunteering, donating a Christmas planter, gifting home made crafts to someone).
Community Involvement Project

A youth organization serving the communities of Lambton including Wyoming, Petrolia, Brigden, Edys Mills, Alvinston, Watford, Forest and Sarnia.
