- Visit a cow/calf operation
- Nutrition for beef cattle
- Local veterinarian perspective on beef cattle
- Visit a beef finisher operation
- Visit to the local butcher
- Learn the cuts of beef
- Cooking with beef
- Learn to show a beef cow at the Bolton Fall Fair.

April 21st, May 19th, June 16th, June 27th, July 14th , August 11th and September 20th
