Sault Ste. Marie 4-H Community Service Club

Would you like to help people in Sault Ste. Marie?  Make a difference in the lives of others by joining this annual 4-H project.

If there’s something in your community you’d like to support, build or change, this is the place to start!

You’ll explore the world of giving back, learn how to identify social issues that concern you and design action plans to address them.

In this project, you’ll:

  • Experience social change first hand
  • Discover how you personally can make a difference
  • Share your ideas and inspirations to help those in need
  • Address social issues and start a new community project

You’ll partner with the Sault Ste. Marie Kiwanis Club and other local service groups to help them with their service projects as well as creating your own service projects as a 4-H Club.

High school students can earn 12 hours or more volunteer hours.

Community Involvement Project

When you look around your community, what do you see? Is there opportunity for positive change? This project will help you give back to the community you love.
