Hello Durham West.
We will be leading a 4-h dairy club. Members will learn how to care for their 4-H project, learn about the dairy industry and tips for leading a calf in the showring. If you do not have access to a dairy calf, you can still join the club and an alternate arrangement will be made to the equivalent of leading a calf, in order to complete the club.
Dairy Project
Dairy: it’s more than milk! This project will teach you the ins and outs of a successful dairy operation, covering the basics like animal care, plus the latest dairy farming tools and practices.
