The Looking Out for #1 Project explores a variety of topics related to personal safety to ensure you’re confident in making decisions that are in your best interest.

You’ll learn about healthy diet and exercise, how to protect yourself from crime and how to make safe decisions surrounding drugs and sexual activity.

In this project, you’ll:

  • Learn how to take responsibility for your personal safely
  • Practice making safe decisions
  • Learn to value yourself and your safety
  • Learn how to deal with peer pressure and friends who make unsafe decisions
