Celebrate 4-H

To close up the 2012 year, this e-newsletter is all about celebrating 4-H accomplishments. One exciting point of celebration is the tremendous support that was garnered for 4-H Ontario during National 4-H Month; you'll find a story below that recaps some of the month's highlights. There is also some information about recent scholarship and bursary recipients, the launch of a new and improved participant agreement form and a couple upcoming opportunities for 4-H'rs. Together, we've had a great 2012. The staff team at 4-H Ontario would like to wish you Happy Holidays and all the best for 2013. 

National 4-H Month

This past month was National 4-H Month, which encompasses "Show Your 4-H Colours" day. The support for 4-H was outstanding! 4-H'rs from all across the province thought of many creative ways to display their 4-H pride. Check out 4-H Folklore for more details >  

Participant Agreement Form
We are pleased to unveil the new and improved Participant Agreement Form. The Participant Agreement Form is a necessary tool used by all staff and volunteers. All members and volunteers will be asked to fill out this form annually.  More >

Ambassador Applications

Bert and Hazel
4-H'r Derek Van De Walle of St. Mary’s, Ontario received the Bertram and Hazel Stewart 4-H Dairy Youth Education Award and Bursary on November 4, at a ceremony at the 90th Royal Agricultural Winter Fair. More info >
