Fall has been a busy time for 4-H'rs, with so many participating across various competitions at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair. A big congrats for all of your efforts, and a special congrats to our 2013 Go For The Gold Champions, Region 5 - Huron. Read on about their success below.

If it's starting to get a bit too cold for you, why not think about a sunny vacation hot spot you'd like to visit. 2014 Dream Dinner Lottery Tickets are now available, with a grand prize of a trip for two anywhere in the world up for grabs! Huron claims Go For The Gold Glory!

On Saturday, November 2, participants from across all six 4-H Ontario regions descended upon the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair to compete in the 2013 Go For The Gold Provincial Championships, sponsored by Ontario Mutuals. This year's champions, came from Region 5 - Huron, edging out Region 4 - Halton in the finals. For the full story click here >

The 4-H Ontario Conference & Annual Meeting (CAM) is an annual opportunity to learn, enhance skills and make valuable connections with 4-H volunteers from across the province. CAM 2014 takes place from March 21-23 at the Waterloo Inn and Conference Centre and registration is now open. Get more info here >
Do you have what it takes to be the face of 4-H Ontario? Ambassadors put their energy and 4-H experiences to work recruiting new members and sharing the 4-H story. They also attend 4-H and community events across the province to promote the program. Think you have what it takes? Apply here >

Arbor Nominations
It's not too late to nominate a local volunteer for the Syngenta 4-H Ontario Arbor Awards! These are 4-H Ontario's most distinguished volunteer awards, given out each year at 4-H Ontario's Conference & Annual Meeting in March. Nominations are due November 30 and more info can be found here >

Future Leaders In Action is an advanced level interactive leadership development opportunity for youth ages 16-21. Application deadline is January 31, and more info can be found here >
