Are you attending the AWCA Conference? This October is the fifth annual AWCA East Conference! You will listen, learn, network and grow alongside other likeminded women in Ag, but also have the opportunity to connect with fellow 4-H'ers at the 4-H Alumni and Friends Breakfast on Monday October 28! 

This event will have you starting your day off on the right foot with a hot breakfast and a chance to hear from a panel of 4-H'ers and connect with fellow alumni and friends. Find out more about this 4-H event here!
 
 
Do you have a local project that could use some extra support? Check out the Ontario Mutuals Grant! Through this  program, each Association will have the opportunity to apply for a $250 grant to support a local project. Get your applications in by October 31! Find out more here>
4-H Ontario Staff Spotlight! Stephanie Campbell is the newest member of our Volunteer Support Team- Coordinator, Volunteer Support for Region 5 and 6! When she isn't working with 4-H Ontario or on the farm with her parents, she is also a volunteer with the Chatham-Kent 4-H Association and the local plowman's association. To boot, she is currently spending any other spare time planning a wedding! When asked "If You Had Your Own Talk Show, Who Would Your First Three Guests Be?" Stephanie said "This is a tough one! I will go with - Luke Bryan, Melissa McCarthy, Jon Montgomery"

Opportunities for 4-H Small Engines Clubs! Looking for a small engine for your 4-H members to learn the ins and outs of how a small engine works? Thanks to the generosity of John Deere Canada, new small engines are available at no charge to 4-H leaders wishing to use one for a 4-H Small Engines project. If interested in receiving one, please contact Frank Tousaw at John Deere Canada at 905-945-7322 or at TousawFranklinE@JohnDeere.com John Deere Canada would also like to welcome any 4-H clubs that would like a tour of their facility in Grimsby to contact them!
