Kaitlyn Hay
Kaitlyn was a member of her local 4-H association in the Rainy River District and is excited to further her involvement with 4-H Ontario. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from the University of Minnesota Crookston and is a huge animal lover. Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with her family, farming and being outdoors.
Roles & Responsibilities
As North-Western Volunteer Support Associate, Region 1, Kaitlyn is responsible for supporting volunteers with respect to resources, questions and events, in addition to volunteer engagement, coaching and mentoring. She is the primary contact for volunteers in the North-Western area of Region 1 which includes the associations of Kenora, Rainy River and Thunder Bay.
