As a registered social service worker, Faith is a strong advocate for mental health. With a proven background and diploma in business and marketing, Faith has valuable experience working with volunteers and youth through her many years in the not-for-profit field. Faith has vast knowledge and an extensive skillset in the areas of recruitment, retention, mental health and diversity, equity and inclusion. This one-year contracted role will focus on the development of strategies that support member and volunteer recruitment and retention in addition to the development of mental health and DEI resources for volunteers with 4-H Ontario.

Roles & Responsibilities

As Advisor, Recruitment and Retention, Faith is responsible for implementing and managing priorities identified in the recruitment strategy outlined by 4-H Ontario. This includes working with the Volunteer Support Team in streamlining the volunteer process, creating more clear and concise communication and implementing effective recruitment strategies to support 4-H youth and programming.
