As a registered social service worker, Faith is a strong advocate for mental health. With a proven background and diploma in business and marketing, Faith has valuable experience working with volunteers and youth through her many years in the not-for-profit field. Faith has vast knowledge and an extensive skillset in the areas of recruitment, retention, mental health and diversity, equity and inclusion. This one-year contracted role will focus on the development of strategies that support member and volunteer recruitment and retention in addition to the development of mental health and DEI resources for volunteers with 4-H Ontario.

Roles & Responsibilities

I am the Advisor, Recruitment and Retention with 4-H Ontario. I can help volunteers with recruitment and retention in their local association, and provide support to build a safe and inclusive space for all who are part of 4-H. I can answer any questions you may have regarding the Cochrane 4-H Association and Parry Sound 4-H Association.
