All Manner of Red Meat 4-H District Project

Welcome to Temiskaming 4-H District project All Manner of Red Meat!! This is the project to learn all about red meat, but focus will be on Beef, Pork, and Lamb. Come on out and join in the first 4-H project of 2022!!

The Temiskaming 4-H Association will be offering the “All Manner of Red Meat” project just in time for the summer BBQ season.  This project will include topics such as various methods of cooking meat, cuts of meat, nutritional aspects, and we will definitely be testing some fun recipes as well.  The focus will be on Red Meats – Beef, Pork & Lamb in particular.

The first meeting will be on Saturday, April 9th starting at 1:30 p.m. at Kern’s Township Hall.

This 4-H club is open to all youth aged 9 to 21.

4-H Ontario membership registration must be completed before meeting, and Covid Third Party agreement must be signed and brought to meeting (see email from club leaders).
