GARDENING – Horticulture – Hybrid (5 in-person meetings & Virtual zoom meeting)
A hands-on chance to start seeds and learn how to do container gardening. Club members will start vegetables and flower seedlings, learn about soil, transplanting, make and plant their own planter boxes and make garden art. All members will be given seeds to grow. How much you grow is entirely up to you. You can grow just the containers or plant a large garden. No gardening experience needed to join.

Achievement: Enter something you grew in a 4-H category at the Burford Fair on Thanksgiving weekend. This can be vegetables or flowers (should your plants not make until Thanksgiving; an alternative achievement will be arranged)
