This project will include different methods of food preservation from making jams and jellies, canning fruits and vegetables, pickling, freezing and dehydrating foods.
The club will run from mid-June to late September 2024 in Brigden.
Members may be asked to provide supplies for the club depending on sponsorship availability. Details will be forwarded to all members at the first meeting.
