Bruce County 4-H Locally Submitted Projects – Dairy Fitting and Showing Club

We are excited to offer this club to the both new and experienced fitters and showmen in 4-H. If you are looking to improve your skills in a supportive and informative setting,  then this club may be for you. The meetings will include both instruction and demonstrations from fitters and showmen who are experts in their field. All members will spend time fitting calves at each meeting, so members MUST have their own fitting equipment (2 siblings could share 1 set of equipment between them). Each meeting will build on the skills learned at the previous meeting, so members must plan to attend all meetings. In order to ensure that every member can get the maximum out of this club, we are limiting the number of members that can join. In you are interested in joining, please let us know as soon a possible, as we anticipate this club filling quickly.

Please note: Calves are being provided, by the host farm, for fitting at the meetings, but members will need their own calf for fitting and showing at the achievement day.
