Grey County 4-H Horse Club

We are a young club with only one year under our belt. But what an awesome year it was! We visited a hunter/jumper show barn to learn about barn management and had many engaging speakers (horsemanship, showing your horse, hoof trimming, and a University of Guelph alumni). This year, we are booking a large animal rescue team, an equine chiropractor, as well as a massage therapist for horses. We are hoping to visit a Standardbred breeding farm and have an equine vet visit! With even more yet to come!

You do not have to own a horse to be part of this club. The achievement day will be done with the horses of Pura Vida Ranch, and we will begin working with them in June. We are looking forward to another great year! We would love to have you join us!
