This club will consist of six 2-hour meetings primarily in the Petrolia area, although there may be one or two meetings in other areas of Lambton County. We will be exploring various under-the-radar sports and you might just find a new favourite! There may be an additional fee depending on the cost of the activities we will be participating in. That information will be shared with members at the first meeting.
In this project, you’ll:
- Try activities in several categories, like winter, water, board games and more
- Learn proper stretching techniques, warm-up and cool-down procedures
- The importance of exercise and being healthy
Meetings will mostly be on Saturday or Sunday afternoons, but the schedule is still TBD.
The first meeting will be held on Sunday, January 14/24 from 1:30 – 3:30 pm in Petrolia.
