4-H members will be learning and showing a dairy calf ,,,learning about clipping,,, wash day,,, parts of a cow,,, how to feed an dairy animal ,, costs of raising a dairy etc. The clubs achievement will be held at Delta fair in July once again decorating the stalls up and members can also do Interclub 4-H dairy show in Lombardy. We do plan on doing a car tour as well anything else 4-H members would like tp learn. This is a Learn to do by Doing 4-H club.
Dairy Project
Dairy: it’s more than milk! This project will teach you the ins and outs of a successful dairy operation, covering the basics like animal care, plus the latest dairy farming tools and practices.
