Members will learn an appreciation for dairy cattle and the dairy industry. Members must train a dairy heifer, and prepare for showmanship and leadership in the show rink. Achievement day is Wyoming Fair, where members will showcase their 4-H dairy heifer in the show ring.
Dairy Project
Dairy: it’s more than milk! This project will teach you the ins and outs of a successful dairy operation, covering the basics like animal care, plus the latest dairy farming tools and practices.
