Members will learn about housing, feeding, health, training and showing poultry. Members will need to attend at least four of the six meetings. Members will need to participate in an achievement day program and a judging competition. The achievement day program will be to prepare and show one of their flock in front of the other club members and spectators in either August or September. Members may choose to raise and care for six to twelve chicks, ducklings or gooslings or members may choose to manage and care for layers. Members will need a white shirt, black pants, belt and a dark pair of shoes or boots.

Click registration tab below to register for 4-H South Simcoe 2023. Cost is $95.00. One membership fee allows you to join multiple clubs. Children 6-8 years of age as of December 31,2022 are Cloverbuds and 9-21 years of age as of December 31,2022 are 4-H members. Clubs for 2023 season in South Simcoe have been submitted to the 4-H Ontario club Library.
