The Warkworth 4H beef club teaches youth about the beef industry, beef management and exhibiting beef cattle.
Meetings consist of farm tours, guest speakers, games, educational topics and much more!
This year we will be raising a club steer again. The members will get to do hands on learning about raising livestock. The members will formulate rations, make a financial report and market the steer for the NCA steer show at Roseneath fair.
Achievement- Exhibit your beef project at the Achievement show or complete a project board to enter in the local fair.
