You are what you eat. It’s not just an old saying – the food we consume plays one of the most important roles in our overall health. This project will teach you how to be conscious of the food you eat and make informed decisions.
Then we’ll have taste tests and play fun games like Brown Bag Olympics and Neon Milk to show off your new knowledge!
In this project, you’ll learn:
- How to stock a kitchen and pantry
- How to follow a recipe and measure ingredients accurately
- Safe handling of food, knives and appliances
- Pros and cons of different diets like vegetarian, vegan and organic
