Great leadership is hard to define. That’s because effective leadership varies from situation to situation. But one thing is for sure: Leadership is not about being the best – it’s about making everyone else better.
We’ll focus on communication, leadership styles, listening and collaboration as we turn you into a strong leader!
In this project, you’ll:
- Identify your personal leadership style
- Develop an understanding of communication as a process
- Learn to understand the values and motivations of yourself and others
- Improve your communication skills through public speaking
