4-H Promotional Materials Request Form

As of September 1, 2022, all requests for promotional materials are to be made through the following request form below. Here are a few things to note about the new request form and associated process:

Promotional materials can only be requested through the form below.
Promotional materials will only be shipped on a bimonthly basis on the 1st and the 15th of the month. If the 1st or the 15th of the month lands on a weekend, the promotional materials will be shipped on the next business day. Items requested between the 1st to the 14th of the month will be shipped on the 15th. Items requested between the 15th to 31st will be shipped on the 1st of the following month. Items are shipped via Purolator and will arrive 1-3 business days from the shipment date. Please plan accordingly to your event.
We encourage 4-H Associations to plan ahead. If you are planning multiple events over a few month period, please request enough promotional materials for all the events. This helps to reduce shipping costs.
Available promotional items will be updated in the form on a regular basis. Please note, some items may not be available at all times of the year.
