Karyn Racher
Karyn brings a wealth of experience to 4-H Ontario stemming from a 25+ year career in fundraising in the social service, health care and education sectors. She is inspired by being able to help people become the best versions of themselves through her work. As a lifelong learner, Karyn lives the 4-H motto of Learn To Do By Doing.
Roles & Responsibilities
I am the Director, Philanthropy at 4-H Ontario. I am responsible for diversifying and growing fundraising revenue to support the programs and services of 4-H Ontario. This includes managing fundraising initiatives and sponsorships for both Ontario 4-H Council and the Ontario 4-H Foundation and securing grants.
