Volunteers, youth and parents are welcome to use this form to reach out to a 4-H Ontario staff member regarding a concern related to a 4-H Ontario event or experience.

Please note:

  • Information included in the form will be shared with the appropriate staff member.
  • Any concerns that involve abuse, misconduct or a breach of the code of conduct should be submitted using an Incident Report. If you are unsure if the concern requires an Incident Report, please fill out the form below and a staff member will assist you.

Black Youth Helpline serves all youth and specifically responds to the need for a Black youth specific service, positioned and resourced to promote access to professional, culturally appropriate support for youth, families and schools.Services are driven by the voices of participants who contact the “Helpline.” How can I help you? Are therefore not simply spoken words. We are passionate about making a difference.

Youth Line offers confidential and non-judgemental peer support through our telephone, text and chat services. Get in touch with a peer support volunteer from Sunday to Friday, 4:00PM to 9:30 PM
Youthspace.ca is a free online crisis & emotional support chat service for youth under 30 across Canada. We listen without judgement, and keep chats confidential & anonymous.
Kids Help Phone is Canada’s only 24/7 e-mental health service offering free, confidential support to young people. As the country’s virtual care expert, we give millions of youth a safe, trusted space to get support through phone or text and access self-directed tools in any moment of crisis or need.
