Huron 4-H All Manner of Red Meat Club

In this club, ‘All a Manner of Red Meat’, will discover the role red meat plays in a healthy lifestyle. Members will have an opportunity to cook with red meats like beef, pork and lamb while investigating the safe handling of meat products and the cost of red meat. The goal of the project is to increase awareness of how to prepare and include a variety of red meats in a healthy diet. Dishes to be prepared include taco salad, beef stir fry, beef kabobs, sweet and sour pork, pork chops, lamb chops and others.
