Variety is the spice of sports in this project that will get you moving. You’ll get to play everything from soccer to croquet, aerobics to curling and road hockey to bowling.

You can also try your hand at being a coach, referee or trainer! There’s really something for everyone and every skill level.

In this project, you’ll:

  • Play a variety of sports and improve your teamwork skills
  • Learn about sport nutrition, stretching and safety
  • Learn what it takes to coach, ref or become a personal trainer
  • Have the opportunity to host a sports day or plan an exercise class
