Where does your food come from? It’s something we should think about every time we take a bite or create a delicious dish.

In the Farm to Table Connections Project, we’ll locate the local food systems in your community and learn the fundamentals of local food, entrepreneurship and how you can be part of it.

In this project, you’ll:

  • Learn the importance of local food and “buying local”
  • Learn what factors influence where food is grown and produced
  • Gain an understanding of how food gets from producer to consumer
  • Brainstorm ideas for local food businesses and learn how to bring your idea to life!
