Dairy and dairy substitutes are an important component of our diet. They bring nutrition, taste and texture to many of our favourite dishes.
The Milk Makes It Better Project will teach you how these products are made and how to prepare meals and treats containing dairy. Of course, taste-testing is a must.
In this project, you’ll learn:
- Why dairy and dairy substitutes are an important part of overall health
- How the body uses calcium
- Why most dairy is pasteurized and how it’s produced
- New skills in preparing food using dairy and alternatives
