Sewing Plus is for intermediate level sewers who are comfortable with the basics and eager to improve! Let’s add a little flair and pizzazz to your clothing by learning techniques for pockets, facings, collars, cuffs, topstitching and hems.

We’ll also play fun games like “Big Shirt Bingo” and “Sewing Crossword” to help you remember our tips!

In this project, you’ll:

  • Learn the latest techniques for working with woven cotton
  • Explore several types of seams and seam finishes
  • Learn about different fasteners beyond buttons
  • Show off what you’ve learned by constructing a shirt with a collar
