Norfolk 4-H Let’s Get Growing Club (Grow Your Own)

Club description: Learning how to start a veggie garden from scratch, starting with seed and soil, and watching it grow into food you can eat!

 

Meeting information: The 3rd  Thursday of the month Nights from 6:00-8:00pm, Vivian’s House, Port Rowan

Achievement:  Veggies Entered in Norfolk County Fair and Judging Day June 7th

 

Reminders:

Writing utensil, water bottle, blanket/lawn chair

 

Meetings are held outside so please be dressed for the weather. If there’s inclement weather I will call every one the day of the meeting to cancel and will reschedule the meeting.

Let’s Get Growing Project

In a climate like Ontario’s, gardening varies drastically from summer to winter. This project has twelve units, three for each season – so you can garden all year long!
